Opening of a bathroom

on the master bedroom in Caluire

Parents now have their private bathroom. Their room seems more spacious

and brings a lot of light to the bathroom.

Creation of meeting room in company

Expansion of a company's offices, complete redevelopment and proposals for decorating spaces: reception, showroom, offices,

meeting room, kitchen and 2 toilets. Below, 4 meeting room proposals fitted out and decorated in different ways.

Selection of furniture, rugs, decorative accessories

for a large day area

The entrance hall opens directly onto this huge day area.

Only the kitchen has been preserved.

I selected all the Scandinavian-style furniture, lighting, rugs, chairs, sofas, paintings, mirrors... I created 2 living rooms: 1 entrance room

and an adjoining TV lounge. They are furnished to ensure that they are together when the guests are numerous.

Customers wanted a warm atmosphere and great living comfort.

Creation of a reading room at Nathalie and Roger's

The purpose of my intervention was to review the decoration of the kitchen / dining room and to arrange a cocooning reading room there.

The kitchen has been repainted, the floor has been replaced with parquet, the furniture has been changed and the curtains too. A stone effect wall has been added next to the stove. Armchairs around a side table now materialize the reading room.

Planning study for a large garage/laundry room

in an apartment for people with reduced mobility in the Paris region

Project for the development of a large garage/laundry room on the ground floor of a house, part of which will be transformed into an apartment

for a Person with Reduced Mobility.

Many technical constraints, spaces, ducts and different ducts in place reduce the layout possibilities

and creation of spaces: entrance hall/office, bedroom, toilet, living room/lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

Unevenness has been reduced thanks to access ramps. Work in collaboration with an occupational therapist.

The specifications are provided to the craftsmen who will intervene for the realization of the project.

Creation of a bathroom toilet under the slope on the mezzanine

It involved creating a bathroom on a mezzanine level in an old house with very thick walls (about 80 cm).

Difficult task for the craftsmen who had to bring the water, the pipes.

The shower, the toilet and the sink have found their place in this space where everything was millimetered taking into account the under slope,

of a window and floor space.

140 m2 apartment renovated in 2021

The entrance hall opens onto the day area which includes a kitchen open to a dining room and the living room.

I recommend a layout according to the new kitchen and make sure to harmonize all the day space to which is added a toilet.

Open the entrance hall to the living/dining area

with wood stove

I worked on the layout and decoration of the living/dining room space in order to open up the spaces,

bring light into the back space lit only in the morning by a 2-leaf window.

The living room has been positioned in place of the fireplace, the entrance hall has been opened up to ensure

that the stove is clearly visible and that it heats the corridor which gives access to the bedrooms. Most of the furniture has been preserved.

A small armchair has been added, a game table and decorative accessories. The walls are painted in

shades of green from Tollens and coordinate with the panoramic wallpaper. My clients are satisfied and have recommended me.
